1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to mr88. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mr88 ("Platform", "we", "us"). • You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. MR88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your login credentials to any third party.
• Mr88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of your ID, bank statements, or other supporting documents.
• Accounts inactive for more than 180 consecutive days may be subject to an administrative fee or account closure in accordance with current policy.

3Deposits & Payments

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most available payment methods.

4Fund Withdrawal

• Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification (KYC), including a recent bank statement to confirm account ownership.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your mr88 account.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment method and internal verification procedures.
• Mr88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict withdrawals on accounts currently under investigation for security or compliance reasons.
• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the rollover requirement is fully satisfied.

5Bonuses & Promotions

• Every bonus has a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Rollover requirements are typically between 5x and 30x depending on the bonus type.
